Delete your SideKrew account
You can delete your account whenever you like. Here is exactly what happens, in order.
What happens when you delete your account
Right away
- Your account is closed. Nobody can sign in to it again, on any device.
- You’re signed out everywhere, and the SideKrew app stops sending you notifications.
Within 30 days
- We erase your sign-in and your personal information, like your name, email address and phone number.
What may be kept, and why
- Registration and payment records: kept for 7 years for financial and tax compliance.
- Audit logs, including the record of this request: kept for 3 years for security and accountability.

Your children’s records are separate
Deleting your account does not erase your children’s records. To erase a child’s record, go to Family › Settings › Your data rights.
Do this first. Once your account is closed you can’t sign in to do it, though you can still email us.

In the SideKrew app
Open Settings, then tap Delete my account.
Can’t sign in?
Email privacy@sidekrew.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We reply within 30 days.
Closed your account by mistake? Email privacy@sidekrew.com right away.
