Changes follow
SideKrew rereads each link every 15 minutes, so a moved game moves on your schedule too.
A reminder before every event
Two hours before every game and practice, the other teams’ included. Each person can change the timing.
Private and read-only
Teams you add are yours alone: your club never sees them. To answer one of their RSVPs, use that team’s own app.
For clubs: bring your rosters
Import players from RAMP, TeamSnap or SportsEngine, or keep rosters syncing from LeagueApps or TeamSnap.

Start free
Your first name and your email. If your club uses SideKrew, use its invitation.
Copy the calendar link
In the other team’s app, find the option to subscribe to or export the calendar, and copy the link.
Paste it in SideKrew
Pick the kid. The team’s games join your schedule.

Which apps work?
TeamSnap, TeamSnap ONE, TeamLinkt, RAMP, GameChanger, SportsEngine, LeagueApps, PlayMetrics, BAND and Heja, and any app that gives members a calendar link. An app that doesn’t give one can’t be added.
Can I answer RSVPs for those teams in SideKrew?
No. They’re read-only in SideKrew: to answer, use that team’s own app. For your club’s own teams, you answer in SideKrew.
Does my club see the teams I add?
No. Teams you add are private.
Is it free?
Yes, for families.
My club already uses SideKrew. Do I need to do anything?
Your club’s games are already there. Add only the other teams.
